Please ensure your company meets our minimum insurance requirements prior to bidding. Subcontractor is required to carry specified minimum limits of General Liability, Automobile Insurance and Workers Compensation insurance. Owner and Roeshot Construction are to be
listed as additionally insured on primary, non-contributory basis.

Cost of insurance is the subcontractor’s responsibility.
